About Us
Comhairle Laighean, the Leinster Council, operates under An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha to support and promote Irish dancing and the Irish language across Leinster. The council, made up of teachers and members from the region, provides a structured environment for Irish dance, advocates for local voices, and organises the annual Oireachtas Rince Laighean and grade exams. This website is a resource for dancers, teachers, families, and all Irish dance enthusiasts in Leinster.
